Important Terms for Weekly & Fortnightly Cleaning

• Weekly and fortnightly rates apply to recurring bookings only and require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be charged at the full service rate.
• If you do not wish to commit to a recurring clean, please select the Once-Off Hourly Clean option when booking.
• The property must be accessible at the scheduled time. No access will result in a cancelled clean and may incur a fee.
• Water and electricity must be available during the service. If unavailable, the clean will be cancelled and charged accordingly.
• Discounted weekly and fortnightly pricing is exclusive to ongoing services and does not apply to one-off or irregular cleans.
• Cleaning is completed within the booked time frame. Additional tasks or time requests will incur extra charges.
• Payment is required as per your selected billing cycle to maintain your recurring booking.
