What areas do you service?

We are based in Cork and proudly offer our full range of cleaning services throughout County Cork. For certain specialized services, we may have the flexibility to extend our coverage to other areas within the Republic of Ireland. Please get in touch to discuss your specific location and needs.

Are the cleaners trained or insured?

Absolutely. Every member of our cleaning team undergoes a comprehensive screening and reference checking process before joining us. They receive thorough training in all day-to-day cleaning practices and hold all the necessary competency and health and safety certifications required for their roles. To ensure consistently high-quality service, our dedicated teams also benefit from frequent upskilling opportunities and are regularly supervised. We have robust quality control measures in place, and for your peace of mind, all our cleaners are fully insured.

What is the policy of pets at the property?
  • We love pets! However, for the safety of your pets and our staff, we request that pets be secured or in a designated area during the cleaning process. This ensures that they are safe and do not interfere with the cleaning process. 
What is the cancellation policy?
  • We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. For cancellations made within 48 hours, a charge of 50% of the service value will apply, unless the appointment is rescheduled to occur within the same week. 

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge equivalent to the full service value, which will be invoiced to account for our staff's time, resources, and potential loss of wages due to the late notice. 

    Please note that situations such as lack of property access, absence of efficient water and electricity sources, third-party contractual issues that disrupt our service, or our staff arriving on-site without the ability to perform the cleaning will also be classified as cancellations and subject to the applicable charges.
What cleaning products do you use?
  • We use a combination of environmentally friendly and industry-standard cleaning products. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
  • This is a personal preference, but clients don't need to be at home during the clean. If no one will be home, clients need to ensure that our cleaning teams have access to the property with a code/key

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we do. We arrive fully prepared with all the necessary, eco-friendly, and industry-leading cleaning detergents and equipment required to efficiently clean your residential property. You don't need to worry about supplying anything!

Will it be the same cleaner or team each time?

We typically assign a dedicated cleaner or team of cleaners to each client and property to ensure consistency and familiarity. However, there may be temporary changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, operational adjustments, or holidays. In the event of any upcoming changes to your assigned cleaner(s), we will ensure you are informed in advance

What does a standard commercial cleaning include?

A standard commercial cleaning typically includes the following tasks: 

  • Dusting and wiping down all surfaces 
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors  
  • Clean and disinfect washrooms
  • Clean and degrease kitchen 
  • Emptying trash and recycling bins 
  • Disinfecting frequently touched areas

Yes, we can. For our commercial cleaning clients, this is offered as an option. Businesses can choose to either supply their own cleaning materials and equipment or opt for us to provide everything necessary. However, for residential and specialized cleaning services, we always supply all the required equipment and cleaning products.

Do you offer cleaning services outside of regular business hours?

Yes, we do. This is an option that can be arranged with our management team before commencing cleaning services. We have dedicated teams available to operate either during business hours or afterwards, ensuring a smooth cleaning process without disrupting your work.

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?

We strive to offer greener cleaning services by choosing non-toxic, eco-friendly approved detergents that contain minimal harmful ingredients and have a reduced impact on the environment. Our cleaning teams are also trained to minimize resource wastage, ensuring no unnecessary electricity or water is used. Furthermore, we prioritize upcycling old products, containers, and equipment, and our equipment is selected for its recyclable components. While we are committed to sustainability, achieving 100% eco-friendly practices can sometimes be challenging for certain tasks that require more potent chemicals for effective results. Therefore, we currently operate with a strong 70% eco-friendly focus.
